It makes me want to try to do the same. Enjoy the blog and have even cooked some of the recipes you have posted. We had leftover pork-apple potsticker filling and used it to make some great quesadillas. The trick was to use mild creamy cheese so the original flavors can shine through. I would not have thought to do that except for the original recipe. Thanks
