Oh no, it’s the leaning tower of strawberries! :) This is a great solution when you accidentally end up bringing home a whole flat of strawberries from the farmer’s market. Thanks!

Once again, you’ve hit the mark with a wonderful sponge cake recipe and an easy way to make shortcake with the strawberries. Thank you for making the recipe so easy to do, and your comments are priceless. The cake is so good, you could eat it just by itself, but with the added fruit and delicious whipped cream, there are no words!
