Works really well; I’ve been making pesto like this since basically forever. In college, my AeroGarden was just the best for growing basil, and I got a mini food processor for $10 that I still use for the job. Best summer dinner ever. Also we have always used angel hair pasta. ALSO TIP: When you decide last minute that you want to make pesto and need to thaw your cubes, don’t nuke them too hard! The cheese melts and kind of curdles and will not cover the pasta well. Just sayin
